Refund/Return Policy

I do not accept refunds for sizing mishaps an/or buyers remorse. Please know your size before ordering and make sure you really are committed to buying.

I will not replace pieces that have been damaged through your improper use, neglect, or improper care. 

Please use common sense when wearing and storing your items. I do not advise that you shower, wash dishes, exercise, swim while wearing your item. Also, do not spray sunscreens, perfumes, hairsprays, lotions etc while wearing any pieces, the chemicals in these products will react with the metals and can drastically change the look of your item. When not wearing your purchase its best stored out of direct moisture and air and your items should be kept inside the box or a jewelry bag.

If you feel I have misrepresented an item or if you believe there is an issue with quality please contact me and we will work something out. You have up to 7 days from the date of a delivery to contact me with any concerns, after that I will not consider any type of return.

If a refund is deemed fit the buyer will be responsible for shipping, I would suggest adding a delivery confirmation for your own protection. If the item is not returned to me in the same condition as it was sent then I will not be able to issue the refund.

There are no refunds on custom orders. Your deposit is non-refundable.
